Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on Norel Beauty. By placing an order, the user agrees to be bound by these terms. Before proceeding with a purchase, the customer is required to carefully read these general sales conditions, which are implicitly accepted upon submitting the order, along with the terms outlined in the Order Form.

Norel Beauty by Aryane Errasse Imane, offers a range of skincare products and treatments available for purchase through the official website.
3. Eligibility
Purchases made on Norel Beauty are exclusively reserved for individuals who have reached the age of majority and possess full legal capacity to act, as required by law.
4. E-commerce Sales
The products available on Norel Beauty are intended for sale through e-commerce and are subject to stock availability.
5. Order Processing
Order processing begins from the day the payment is received.
6. Purchase Prices
The purchase prices of the products are listed on the website and are expressed in Euros. Prices include VAT and other applicable taxes. The validity of the listed prices is always and only as stated on the website at the time of order submission. Product prices, as well as shipping and delivery costs, may change without prior notice. Therefore, the customer must verify the final sale price before placing an order.
All products are shipped directly from Italy. These costs are borne by the customer and must be paid at the time of purchase.
7. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods, subject to bank authorization, include PayPal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, Amex, and bank transfer. Please note that for payments via bank transfer, order processing begins from the day the payment is credited to Norel Beauty’s bank account.

8. Shipping and Product
Shipping conditions and product details are specified during the purchase process. Please read this information carefully before confirming your order.
Orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving payment. Shipping times vary based on destination:
Italy:
Standard shipping in 4/5 business days €6.00 tax incl. business days
Express shipping in 2/3 business days €7.50 tax incl. business days
Free shipping for orders over €39
9. Right of Withdrawal
Under current regulations, the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, subject to prior notification to Norel Beauty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return procedure:
- send a return request to assistenza@norelbeauty.it indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
- once approved, you will receive the shipping address and instructions to proceed.
- after receiving and checking the return, the refund will be issued within 5 working days.

10. Warranty for Non-Conforming Products
Norel Beauty guarantees the conformity of purchased products and commits to providing assistance in the event of defects or non-conformity.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- Returned products must be sent back in their entirety and not as parts or components, even in the case of kits.
- Returned products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
- Returned products must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Returned products must be shipped to Norel Beauty in a single shipment. Norel Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns from the same order that are shipped separately.
